Across America, book bans are on the rise, threatening to silence the voices of authors and deprive us of the stories that help us understand ourselves and the world around us. The Banned Wagon is hitting the road for its second Banned Wagon tour, stopping in communities across the Midwest and the South that are impacted by book banning. Save the date to join the fight against censorship and pick up your free banned book!

• 12:30-2:00PM - Presentation by Dr. Tomas A. Lipinski, Professor at UWM SOIS; Panel Discussion with Dr. Tomas A. Lipinski, (Professor, UWM SOIS), Dr. Heather Hathaway (Professor, Marquette University - Department of English), Emily Horner (author and librarian at Marquette University - Raynor Library), and Matt Prigge (author, local historian, librarian at Marquette University - Raynor Library).
